We seek companies whose products function as structural necessities rather than discretionary tools.

Our investments are structured as long-duration capital partnerships with seven to ten year horizons. We deploy patient capital with a focus on structural value creation rather than financial engineering. Specific terms are discussed during the evaluation process and tailored to each opportunity.

Initial review of submitted opportunities typically concludes within two weeks. Companies that advance to the formal due diligence stage undergo a comprehensive assessment using our MPPT-CoT analytical framework, which generally spans four to eight weeks depending on complexity.

Our primary focus is North American institutional technology companies, though we evaluate opportunities globally where the technology addresses foundational infrastructure needs. International investments are assessed with additional consideration for regulatory environment, market structure, and operational integration requirements.
